1. ABOUT THIS PRIVACY POLICY. This Privacy Policy applies to the website owned and operated by WHO IS YOUR INSURANCE, INC. (“WIYI"). The "Site" means any website that WIYI owns or controls. This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand how WIYI manages information about you.

By using the Site, you consent to WIYI’s use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. WIYI reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without advance notice. Should any new policy go into effect, it will be posted on this site, and the revised Privacy Policy will apply only to information collected thereafter. You will be able to determine if this Privacy Policy has been changed since your previous visit by viewing the “Last Updated” information that appears at the top of this Privacy Policy. 2. PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE AND NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. While you may use WIYI without providing personally identifiable information, some of the Services on the Site require that you provide personally identifiable information. If you use the Site without providing personally identifiable information, the only information WIYI collects will be non-personal information through the use of cookies or web beacons. If you choose to provide personally identifiable information to WIYI for certain services, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personally identifiable information you submit to the Site. 3. PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION. You acknowledge that WIYI may be providing the Services as a health care clearing house as defined by HIPAA and the rules and regulations issued by the United States Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to HIPAA. You acknowledge that the Services may constitute a covered transaction under HIPAA and that you will comply with HIPAA regarding any information you receive as a result of the Services provided by WIYI on this Site.

4. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES. The Site may contain links to other websites. Once you enter another website (whether through an advertisement, service, or content link), be aware that WIYI is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites. WIYI encourages you to look for and review the privacy statements of each and every web site that you visit through a link or advertisement on WIYI. WIYI does not disclose your personally identifiable information to these third party websites.

In some cases, when you click on a link or an advertisement on the Site, in an e-mail or newsletter, your browser may be momentarily directed to the website of a third party which, acting on behalf of WIYI, notes or "counts" your response to the e-mail or newsletter before re-directing your browser to your selected destination; this re-direction process may not be apparent to you.

5. STORAGE OF INFORMATION. We store user information, including personally identifiable information on our servers, which may be located in different countries, or on servers of third parties who provide us with storage facilities, which may also be in different countries. Any personally identifiable or other information may therefore be used and stored in a country different from yours. We may use third parties to process information, including personally identifiable information, for us. We shall require such third parties to abide by this Privacy Policy. Information is stored on secured servers and we shall use our best efforts and industry standard measures, technologies and procedures to preserve the integrity of personally identifiable information and to thwart unauthorized access and use thereof. 6. INFORMATION YOU SEND TO WIYI. This Privacy Policy does not apply to content, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions that you send to WIYI by email or otherwise. If you want to keep content or business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or proprietary, do not send them to WIYI by email or any other method.

7. CHANGES TO YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION; COMPLAINTS. You may at any time access and modify any accessible personally identifiable information submitted by you (not including email address) by using the Account Profile feature on the site. If you have a complaint or problem, please let WIYI know by using the Contact Us link on the Site. If you want to (1) delete your personally identifiable information from WIYI’s systems, (2) update the personally identifiable information that you have provided to WIYI, or (3) change your preferences with respect to receiving newsletters or other activities, select use the Contact Us link on the Site. Upon your request, WIYI will delete your personally identifiable information from its active databases and where feasible from its back-up media. Please note that if you chose to modify, or request us to delete any personally identifiable or other information, we may retain copies of the information as originally submitted in order to ensure payment for any services and as may be required by an order or subpoena issued by a judicial or administrative authority or by a law enforcement agency, or as we may in good faith, consider necessary under law, or upon a request or demand received by us in connection with a legal complaint, claim, suit or procedure. If any provision or provisions of this Privacy Policy should be held to be unenforceable, such holding will not affect the other provisions hereof which shall remain in full force. This site is owned and operated by Who Is Your Insurance, Inc., a Florida corporation, and is designed to conform to the laws of the state of Florida. If you are viewing or using this site from another country, please be aware that you will be transferring information outside of your country. Your continued access and use of this site will indicate your consent to this. This Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed under the laws of the state of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflicts of laws. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or under this Privacy Policy shall be with the state or federal court in Broward County, Florida, USA.
